ABOUT:
AIP Members and colleagues will have the opportunity to visit the SMC Pneumatics manufacturing facility, national warehouse and engineering design centre. SMC Pneumatics is recognised as the world leader in the design and manufacture of pneumatic components, and is continually developing new products to satisfy the growing demands for pneumatic and control technology. The SMC product range now covers more than 610,000 components, specialising in Control Panels and Systems, Flow Control Equipment, Air Dryers and Filters, Fittings and Tubing, Instrumentation, Automation, Actuators, Vacuum and Valves for industries that include Food and Beverage, Automotive, Transport, Chemical, Electronics, Mining, Machine Building, Packaging and Medical.

This site visit will take approximately one and a half hours to complete.

All attendees to bring a high-vis safety vest and to wear closed-in shoes. The site will provide safety glasses for all attendees.

On-site car parking is provided around the front of the building facing the Motorway.
