The Role:

As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing the order-to-delivery process. You’ll work closely with our sales team to provide an exceptional service experience for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Communication & Engagement: You’ll provide accurate information about products, orders, and delivery options. You’ll address customer concerns promptly and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Order Management: You’ll process and manage customer orders efficiently, ensuring all details are correct. You’ll coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines.
  • Relationship Building: You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and gathering feedback to improve our services.
  • Repeat Order Management: You’ll manage repeat orders, ensuring pricing and timings are accurate and meet customer expectations.
  • CRM Management: You’ll update and maintain our CRM system (NetSuite) with accurate customer information and sales activities.
  • Product Development: You’ll collaborate with the sales team and suppliers to develop and launch new products, ensuring accurate product specifications and customer approvals.


  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the packaging or manufacturing industry.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably NetSuite.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
