Join Supercheap Auto’s Merchandise Development team in a detail-focused coordination role supporting packaging, artwork workflow, proofing, data accuracy and stakeholder communication across private label products.
This is a great opportunity for a Packaging Coordinator, Marketing Coordinator, Merchandise Coordinator, Artwork Coordinator or Product Coordinator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and taking pride in high-quality, accurate work.
About the role
Reporting to the Packaging Technologist, you will support a small and collaborative team across packaging coordination, administration, proofing and workflow management. You will work closely with internal stakeholders including Category Managers, Business Managers and creative support, helping ensure projects move efficiently and packaging information is accurate and complete.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate packaging and artwork workflow across multiple projects
- Proof packaging copy, artwork and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Review product and packaging information and granular data identifying inconsistencies or errors
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to keep work moving and resolve issues quickly
- Support project coordination across private label packaging activities
- Assist with document and data control, file management and version control
- Provide general administration and team support within Merchandise Development
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone with strong coordination capability, sound judgement and genuine attention to detail. You do not need to come directly from packaging, but you do need experience in a role where accuracy, workflow management and stakeholder communication matter.
You will ideally bring
- Experience in a coordinator, administrator or support role in an office environment
- Strong attention to detail, especially in proofreading, checking or validating information and data
- Experience managing multiple priorities and switching between tasks effectively
- Intermediate skills in Excel, working with granular data, and Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working with stakeholders across different levels of the business
- Experience in packaging, artwork, pre-press, print, proofing, marketing coordination, merchandise coordination or product support will be highly regarded
- Exposure to SAP, ERP systems, OneDrive or document management systems is advantageous
