Orora’s first strategic priority is ‘innovate to lead’. They are passionate about providing cutting edge solutions for customers. All attendees will be able to see the Paper & Packaging Laboratory, the Forensics Laboratory, the Analytical and Pulp Evaluation Lab and the Transport Simulation area.
PAPER & PACKAGING LABORATORY
Accredited by Australia’s National Association of Testing Authorities, their paper and packaging laboratory examines paper characteristics, board properties and box performance.
FORENSICS LABORATORY
Their state-of-the-art Forensics Laboratory offers food contact testing to ensure compliance with a range of standards, reverse engineering and benchmarking, and deposit analysis and trouble shooting.
TRANSPORT SIMULATION
Using their on-site transport simulator testing room, they test packaging in diverse transportation simulations, ensuring our customers’ products are delivered in pristine condition to the end user.
TIME:
10.00 am - 11.00 am site visit
This site visit will take approx one hour - All attendees to meet at the main reception for the tour.

PARKING:
Car parking is available on the right hand side of the access road on approach to OR&T. Turn right past the gatehouse and Orora Research & Technology is the building with the red awning.
