With the looming August deadline for the Packaging & Packaging Waste (PPWR) Regulation the AIP is offering the industry two webinars in one. The first part will cover the Declaration of Conformity, Technical Documentation and PFAS regulations and the second part will showcase the intuitive Packaging Cockpit and how this tool will enable you to complete all of your PPWR data with ease.

PART 1. Understanding the EU Declaration of Conformity & PFAS Regulations.

This AIP State of Industry Webinar will look at recent updates to the Packaging & Packaging Waste Regulations (PPWR) and will also help you to better understand the technical documentation required for the new regulations. The Declaration of Conformity (DOC) will be discussed and how this legally binding self-declaration will need to confirm that all components of the packaging sold into Europe meets the PPWR regulation. The experts will also talk to the technical documentation which is the clear evidence that verifies all of the claims made by the brand. Both the Declaration of Conformity (DOC) and the Technical Documentation are mandatory for every company that sells into Europe.
