Packaging Development Technologist
- Coordinate/manage multiple packaging development projects

There is an existing team of experienced product and packaging development professionals. The environment is fast-paced, ‘quick to market’ and the company is well known for its high quality ingredients and consumer products and brands. We are able to pitch this position at either a ‘developing’ packaging technologist, or alternatively, one able to bring proven experience and competence in the field. We anticipate existing knowledge around packaging materials, production technologies, interpreting customer briefs, trialling new developments and knowledge of NPD processes, food labelling regulations and quality systems.
Tertiary qualifications in Food Technology, Science or Packaging will provide the initial technical base required. Beyond that, success will result from your flexibility in attitude, innovative approach and ability to translate customer requirements into packaging solutions. Your ability to influence, to communicate at technical and management levels (in-house stakeholders and customers) and to drive multiple projects in line with defined timelines will be critical.
